Parents should choose the coverage they desire and send their check to the address listed on the application form. The Voluntary coverage does not cover athletics and is considered a second coverage if the family already has health insurance.  The policy number has not changed and is still 04-DR048-4409. 

The Young Group has provided a website that parents can access to apply for the voluntary coverage.  The website is www.k12specialmarkets.com.  Parents will need to enter the school district name:  Caldwell and state:  North Carolina.  Then complete the application and provide credit card information.  Once done, the parent can print off their i.d. card.    

Caldwell County School System has purchased blanket athletic coverage for all of our K-8, middle and high schools.  This policy covers athletics only and does not cover any other accidents.  Blanket field trip coverage for 1 day field trips is also included.
